Mimi’s London currently ships to the UK and USA, with flat rates and express options available. We're working on expanding international shipping soon—thank you for your patience!

International Orders

If you’re based outside the UK or USA and would like to place an order, we’d love to help.
We can arrange international shipping with FedEx—just send us a message and we’ll be happy to assist or process your order manually.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100 (estimated delivery: 3–4 business days) and on all USA orders over $350 (estimated delivery: 4–7 business days).

London-Based Customers

Same-day delivery is available for customers in London.
We’re happy to arrange an Addison Lee courier at the customer’s expense.

Order Processing & Tracking Information

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. From there, shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days.

During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are fully responsible for any applicable duties and taxes on international orders.

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that product prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

For orders shipped to the USA, import duties will not apply on purchases valued at $800 or less.

Refusing Delivery

If a delivery is refused and the package is returned to us, any courier fees and duty costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, you will need to return it once it arrives to receive a refund.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you choose to have your parcel left in a ‘safe place’, this is at your own risk. Mimi’s London is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Gift Orders

Gift wrapping is available for £5 at checkout, and you can also include a handwritten note.

If your order is a gift, we will exclude the price from the packing slip.
