Returns

We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Please ship the return within 3 days of receiving the label and include the packing slip inside the parcel. Returns that are not sent within this timeframe may no longer be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you are returning shoes, please place them in a separate box or bag. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe box. Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards

  • Socks & Tights

  • Hair Accessories

  • Bespoke Items

  • Celebration Collection* 


Items from our Celebration Collection are not eligible for returns. However, if you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided the original tags remain attached.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items from the Celebration Collection. If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange it, provided the original tags remain attached.

For all other products, if you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

 

Returning Gifts

If you received a Mimi’s London item as a gift and it does not fit or has a defect, you may exchange it for store credit.

Gift returns cannot be refunded to the recipient. If a refund is required, it will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers must provide proof of purchase along with their name, address, email, and phone number for store credit to be issued.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@mimislondon.com to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for lost returns.

International returns: Please mark the parcel as "UNWANTED BRITISH GOODS RETURN" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 20 business days have passed since you sent back your item and you have not received a refund or email update, please contact us at hello@mimislondon.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 2 days. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
